Blue was the color of the night for Rachel and Scott’s wedding and we are loving it! From the shoes to the bridesmaids’ dresses, this royal hue was sprinkled in the best of places and couldn’t be a better color to ring in the fall season. While we cannot get enough of the bridesmaids’ dresses, once we saw the blue shoe, wedding dress combo, our jaws dropped. Rachel was perfect in every sense of the word.
Rachel’s makeup was kept very soft and neutral, complimenting her skin tone. Emphasis was placed on the liner which had been placed on the top lash line, helping the eye appear big and bright. No liner was used on the bottom lash line. A few single lashes were added to the top lash line for some extra umf!

Rachel’s hair is naturally curly which really helped in creating her romantic half up and half down hairstyle. We started by blowing her hair straight and then placing it in a set. Once the hair was set the curls were loosened and a side part was created to soften the look. The front pieces were then secured at the crown and the curls were placed to create a cascading effect.
